How to connect your chromebook to a home printer.
Follow these steps to connect your chromebook to a printer at home.
1. Click on the time in the bottom-right corner of the screen to bring up the options menu.

2. Click on the settings (gear) icon that appears in the menu.

3. Click on ‘Advanced’ in the panel on the left-hand side.

4. Click on ‘Printers and scanners’ in the advanced options.

5. Click on ‘Printers’ in the printing menu.

6. This will show the currently connected printers. To add another, click on the downward-pointing
arrow to the right of ‘Other available printers’.

7. Your printer should appear in the ‘Other available printers’ section. If it is a WiFi enabled printer,
please make sure the printer and the chromebook are on the same network. Otherwise, connect the
printer to the chromebook via a USB cable.
